THE HOUSE:

n Completely furnished, with all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. supplied.

n Three bedrooms: queen bed, double with twin bunk, and two twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa in living room.

n Two full bathrooms with shower/tub.

n Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchen. Side by side refrigerator with ice/water, microwave, range, dishwasher and sink with disposal.

n Large enclosed back yard and spacious deck with bar-b-que.

n High speed internet (wireless), cable TV, and private phone for local calls.

n Large laundry room with full sized W/D.

n Detached single car garage and plenty of street parking in front of house.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Quiet, residential street within walking distance to several parks, grocery stores, and small business district with shops including Starbucks and TOP POT donuts (best in Seattle). Very close to Children's hospital, the University of Washington, and easy access to freeways and downtown  (about 10 minutes). Also close-by is Lake Washington with beaches and Magnuson Park (with large off-leash dog area), and Greenlake (Seattle's "Central Park")

RATES

One month minimum*.

$3250/month (up to 3 months with all utilities included)

$2750/month (over 3 months, no utilities included)

* due to city regulations, homes in residential neighborhood cannot be leased for terms less than 30 days.
